In this section we will cover the basic aspects of the lending process

In order to provide loans to other borrowers, you will have to select the borrow packages that will be congruent with your expectations regarding the risk/reward ratio.

We have made a commitment to provide lenders with as much information as possible in order to make due diligence easier and reduce friction.

Providing a loan:

1. Select the desired borrow package - from the lend section. You can also filter by Asset Value, Loan Value, Loan Profit, Loan Duration and Collections.

2. Make the necessary due diligence - from the available information in each package. You can see specific information about each asset, global game information and past transaction history.

3. Provide loan - and send the loan amount to the borrower.

What happens next?

Now that the borrower has received the loan amount, the package will become an active one and the repayment process will start.

All the activity will be visible in the loanbook page that we will discuss in the next section.

What if the borrower doesn't pay?

If the borrower doesn't repay the entire loan amount, you will have an option to call the loan in the loanbook section and transfer the collateral into your ownership.
